In collaboration with the Institute for Economic and Social Research, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Indonesia (LPEM FEB UI), the APEC-Canada Growing Business Partnership (ACGBP) is launching a series of workshops designed to strengthen the role of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia’s economic development. The Workshop Series: MSMEs for Inclusive Growth in Indonesia is targeted at MSME policy actors and consists of three workshops that focus on three key areas:
- Bridging MSMEs into formal supply chains for sustainable growth;
- Improving access to finance for MSMEs; and
- Addressing sustainability challenges faced by women entrepreneurs.
The first workshop will take place on September 17, 2025 in Jakarta. This full-day event will be divided into three sessions on: Digitalization and e-commerce integration; formalization, regulatory compliance and tax simplification; and certification, standards and market access.
